My stay at this hotel was memorable due to its beautiful historical ambiance and exceptional breakfast service, particularly thanks to Doina. However, the service could be more consistent, especially regarding room cleaning and communication. Overall, I left with mixed feelings; the hotel offers charm and a sense of history, but service issues detracted from an otherwise lovely experience.
The rooms were functional and comfortable, though the heat was a bit excessive since we couldn't adjust it. It was nice to have a big bathroom too.
While I encountered some friendly staff, the inconsistency in service, especially with room cleaning and the breakfast situation, was disappointing.
Breakfast was a highlight; Doina went above and beyond to make it enjoyable, remembering my preferences and preparing a takeaway cappuccino for my early departure.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel, which is filled with charm and character. The ambiance was beautiful, especially the historical features that added to my experience. However, I did face some issues with breakfast service and the bed comfort, which could be improved. Overall, the unique atmosphere and nice interactions made my visit memorable, and I would consider returning in the future.
My room was spacious with a distinct character, though the bed was quite hard, which made it less comfortable.
The service was friendly, but there were some communication issues regarding my booking and meal prices.
Breakfast had some good options, particularly the cooked to order omelette, but service felt a bit disconnected.

This boutique hotel offers a charming historical ambiance with spacious rooms that have a unique character. The staff are exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, the air conditioning in my room did not function well, leading to discomfort, and the service at times was not up to par, especially at the reception. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but the issues with temperature control and some staff interactions left room for improvement.
The rooms are spacious and have an intriguing character, but the lack of effective air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable during my stay.
The staff, particularly those outside the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, though I encountered one rude and unhelpful receptionist.
The hotel is situated in a quiet side street and is conveniently within a 15-minute walk from the Old Town area, making it easy to explore local attractions.
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which included delicious scrambled eggs and a great variety of options.
While the hotel has beautiful historical architecture, the lack of functioning air conditioning affected the overall comfort level.

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable with a stunning historical ambiance that made me feel like I had traveled back in time. The breakfast experience was top-notch, thanks especially to Doina's exceptional service. However, my room was a bit smaller than what I expected, and while the cozy surroundings were delightful, the nighttime neighborhood felt slightly unsafe for solo travelers after dark.
The rooms were small but functional, providing comfort during my stay.
The service was outstanding, particularly from Doina at breakfast, who added a personal touch to my mornings.
The hotel is in a charming area that feels a bit dicey after dark but is still within a short walking distance to the old town.
Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide range of options, particularly the delicious homemade jams.
The hotel exuded elegance with its beautiful historical decor, enhancing the overall experience.

The Grand Boutique Hotel - Bucharest is a beautifully historic place with superb customer service that made my stay truly memorable. While the breakfast experience could use some enhancement in variety, the overall ambiance and attention from the staff won my heart. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioning could have been better. Overall, it felt like great value for the money spent.
My room was spacious with vintage furniture, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, but the air conditioning wasn't perfect.
The staff went above and beyond, from the receptionists to the kitchen staff, ensuring we were always well taken care of.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town, making it easy to explore local attractions.
While the breakfast lady was exceptionally nice, the variety of options was limited, and some items didn't meet my expectations.
The hotel boasts a unique historical ambiance, but modern amenities could use some enhancements.
